What the form collects
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you add it
- Your message, if you write one, and the boxes you tick under "What do you need?"
Why
Only to reply to you and give you a quote. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I never sell or share your details.
How it's sent
When you press "Send enquiry", the form is sent by email to [email protected] through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a service that turns website forms into emails. You can read how Web3Forms handles data in its own privacy policy.
How long it's kept
I keep enquiries for 12 months, then delete them. If you become a client, I keep your details for as long as I'm looking after your website.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Just email [email protected].
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or any tracking, and it doesn't load anything from other companies while you browse. The fonts and images all come from this website.
If you close the Halloween offer banner, or the banner on a sample site, your browser remembers that until you close the tab, so it stays closed while you look around. That note stays in your browser and is never sent to me.
